Hi, I’m Elona.
I’m an independent insurance agent licensed in Florida and Illinois. Independent means I don’t work for one insurance company; I work for you, and compare what several carriers would charge for the same coverage [carriers to be listed once appointed].
Most people have never had their policy explained to them. They were handed a number, a card for the glovebox, and a renewal every year that goes up for reasons nobody names. I think you should know what you are paying for, in words you would actually use, so that when something happens the answer is not a surprise.
